How to charge coins to ECGlcd

 First of all, you already have digital currency assets, you can transfer your digital currency from other trading platforms or wallets to your ECG account through "Withdrawal - Withdrawal - Transfer".

2. Note: Crypto digital currency is charged and withdrawn through "block address". And each token must have the same "transfer network" to be traded when transferring. For example: TRC2O is the standard for TRON wavefield network blocks to run smart contracts, BTC refers to the Bitcoin block network, which is a peer-to-peer electronic cash system, and ERC20 is the main network protocol for Ether to run smart contracts. So when you charge and withdraw coins, first make sure the transfer network is consistent.


3. How can I find the address of your ECG platform for top-up?


Login to the ECG home page and click on "Top-up Portal" or "Assets" to enter.


Then you can choose the currency you want to top up, for example: for USDT top up, choose "USDT" and click "Top up".


The address and QR code provided by ECG for you to top up your account will pop up, so select "Transfer Network" again, for example TRC20, and copy it to get the top up address of ECG platform.


Next, go to your other exchange platform or wallet to withdraw your coins.


First of all, you also need to log in and find the "Assets" screen, click on the asset and select "Withdraw Coins", then it will show the coins you want to withdraw. For example, if you are topping up USDT with ECG, you should select "Withdraw USDT" and it will show you the address where you want to withdraw your coins. You can then paste the address you got in ECG and select the same "Transfer network", for example: the network for transferring coins is TRC20, then the address for topping up ECG also needs to be TRC20, and finally enter the transaction password to transfer.


5. When you withdraw digital currency from other trading platforms, it will be automatically topped up to ECG account, the actual arrival time is determined by each block network.
